Excellent service
Our sincere thanks to Tyler of Door Doctor, who came to our home today to put in a new garage door opener. He was polite, efficient and did an excellent insatallation. Tyler also did a great job of describing how to operate the new door and its related features. Much appreciated!

Great Service
Needed a garage door servicing, had used Door Doctor before so I called them for help. Lo and behold, who should show up for the call but Mike the tech who had been to my house 10 years before! He quickly diagnosed my door issues and Returned with parts a couple of days later. He was amazing knowledgeable in door repair and very quickly made the necessary repairs. Excellent service with a decent warranty, would call them again and would highly recommend the Ottawa group!

Was very pleased with their service. Made the appointment on line and received a call that afternoon asking if I can push back by 1 hour, which I agreed. Curtis, the technician showed up on time, reviewed the situation and went about to repair the door. both the office staff and Curtis were very pleasant to deal with and very professional. I would recommend the Door Doctor.

Lightning Speed and Excellent Care
I backed into my for today when it didn't fully open. I made an appointment for 3pm and Claude called to tell me that he could be here around 1pm.
He fixed the door, installed new weather stripping and even did a quick routine maintenance check.
He was incredibly efficient and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

My garage door is still in great shape but had to replace a few key elements of it and the original company that installed it no longer makes that kind of door. Jamie at the door doctor was able to replace the parts and took a few extra minutes to check the rest of the door. It was much appreciated. He was very nice, courteous, professional and gave great service. Would not hesitate to call that company again. Thank you!

Am extremely pleased with the work preformed by Mario. Removed the old door first, then proceed with the installation. Afterwards he cleaned up after himself, took back the old door and parts, and before leaving made a tiny adjustment so I could open and close the door lock properly. His work was highly professional.
