Excellent experience! All was so easy! Since we have a Stucco house, our installer Jackson recommended adding a framing all around our door and the look is fantastic. Would highly recommend Door Doctor. Very professional sales rep and staff on the job. Very cautions of the corona virus. Quick, easy and excellent people person work. Jackson, you're the best!

I called about a door that would not stay closed.
The person I talked to on the phone was polite, and eager to help. It turns out they were at my door, as they happen to be in my area, within an hour and fixed the program issue. Ken Labossiere was a pro. He came in and sorted it out in minutes. He provided me with tips on maintaining the door to ensure it's longevity.
He is articulate and excellent with the public.

An excellent experience beginning to end. Booking the appoint was easy and our technician , Ken Labossiere was friendly and professional. Even with the extra cautions of the coronavirus the install was quick and easy. I'd highly recommend this professional organization.

Today you sent Mike to install 3 of the latest Liftmaster Garage Door openers for me. I really wish I had gotten Mike's last name as he is one of the most professional installers I have encountered in years. February in Ottawa is not the time of year you want to spend the entire day outside installing garage doors. Mike just went about his business and frankly thoroughly impressed me. He was unbelievably patient with me while we sorted out the latest technology. If you are Mike's manager; promote him. If you are responsible for customer satisfaction, figure out a way to clone him. I was thoroughly impressed. Thanks Mike!!!

Great experience from start to finish - called yesterday evening and got a response immediately and I arranged with a tech for an appointment today. Bob arrived at exactly the scheduled time and was happy to show me where and what the problem was with my garage. It was fixed efficiently (and economically), and he also offered some tips on maintenance and operation as well.

Called almost at closing time on November 21 .Jamie took my call and even at that time she answered the phone like she meant to!! Thank you Jamie..regardless of cost, I was having Door Doctor fix the old garage door opener or install new...simply because of how she dealt with me that close to closing time.

Claude Halle shows up next day to asses what repair would be needed or if I needed to replace. Garage door opener was 20 years old so we decided to replace. Claude said that he had a full day, but would do his very best to get back later in the day and if not, first thing next day. I was fine with whatever worked best for him and his schedule. I get home from work in the evening and yes...you guessed it. Brand new garage door opener installed, with exterior keypad..this will save me more than a few times over the years. Claude cleaned up all of the existing wires/mess, new brackets..hung properly, not like the old ones. Such a professional job...from dealing with Jamie and ending with Claude. Well done and Thank you a ton to both Jamie and Claude. Why would anyone go anywhere else...Door Doctor it is!!
