Great installation today. Excellent installer. Great door.

Damn, TEN STARS not an option here!! I don't even know where to start, and I am an avid writer.

First, Mark and Tanya in the office, were amazing; helpful, and fully versed in product choices, colors, whether or not to choose windows, and the types of those, right down to the "sunset window inserts" we liked.

These two customer driven people made ordering a new garage door, and arranging install date so easy and enjoyable.

Due to a death in the family near the original date to install the door, I had to re-schedule our date. Tanya was only too happy to help with scheduling a new date to install our door, and very compassionate to our recent loss. Today was the install day.

Our installers, Jordan, and JP were prompt, friendly, and highly professional!! Their scope of business did not end with a simple garage door installation (and all hardware, including tracks, etc.), but they went the full monte, with advice on lubricating, and the precise locations, and frequency. They also showed me things I had not ever learned about my garage door OPENER (not part of the install, except to connect it to the push bar). We had a lot of fun cracking jokes, and chatting as they worked!

Not sure about the rest of the world, but I need more than "Bob came and put in a new door and left" experience. I have to ENJOY new things happening, and these two young men fit the bill for us PERFECTLY! Forgot to mention they CLEANED UP TOTALLY before leaving my home!!

The big question is "would I refer this company in future?"

You bet you life I will!! You simply cannot do better than these people, period. Bar NONE. I am 63, pushing 64, and it is RARE to find a company of team mates who CARE so much for their customers, and how the customer feels AFTER the job is done. They NAILED IT!! Go get your new garage door, and go get it from Door Doctor, Markham. You will be so happy you did!!

PS This door is so quiet, I can't hear it outside, and the quiet hum of the Whisper Drive opener is the ONLY thing I hear inside.

UPDATE: (April 19, 2021- One month following install)

I heard a slight noise, and seemed like the garage door had a small hesitation one panel from closed, while closing. I called the Door Doctor to apprise them of this issue, at approximately 2pm today. The technician (Jordan) answered promptly, and was IN MY GARAGE by 3pm!!!) He re-adjusted the cable, which had mal-aligned itself slightly, and it is working perfectly. As always, he was only too happy to come and confirm the issue, and correct it.

This is to comment on their follow up practices, and again, they have surpassed my best expectations!!! Thanks once more for being such a customer oriented team of helpful, and honest people!!

As a small, home-based business owner I had very specific needs when it came to replacing the two old doublewide doors to my workshop. Stephanie Joiner, Residential Sales Representative knows her stuff and detailed the products that would best suit my needs. Natural light/exterior visibility and maximum insulation being top priority. The added option of a walk-thru passage door has exceeded my expectations. Not only ease of access for clients but a significant savings when it comes to heat loss in the winter months and air conditioning in the summer. The team of installers (Matt, Tyler & Justin) worked efficiently in below 0 temperatures. They professionally capped the perimeter with PVC frames, installed heavy duty weather stripping, provided complete instructions and left the job site neat and tidy!

Excellent service! , I called Friday afternoon for my garage door broken cable. The tech Tony arrived in about an hour and fix everything , I certainly recommend this company.

We are so very happy with the work and product that Door Doctor has provided. Right from the initial contact with Stephanie to the installation by Matt D. Matt did and outstanding job on our older home. The door looks great! I would highly recommend Door Doctor to all friends and family.

As the title says, my garage door was not closing. I looked up doordoctor as they are my go to in cases of garage doors.

Tony took one look and figured out the sensors were ever so slightly out of alignment.

While here he noticed that my garage door was noisy and so offered to lube it and showed me how to maintain it on my own.

He also helped me secure the track better on the ceiling as somehow the bolt had shaken lose.

Then he reprogrammed a door opener for my car. All in what felt like 10 mins.

I’m amazed at his customer service. Even my 4 year old commented that he was a nice man.

As I said, DoorDoctor is my go to reference for anything garage door related and Tony proves my point for me.
