We inform you that we will be in reduced employee operation in order to respond to essential services considering that Door Doctor is a company which is categorized under "Building maintenance services" While the situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to assure you that our technicians will be available to perform 24-hour emergency services and repairs for residential, commercial and above all institutional customers such as:

• Commercial buildings such as retirement homes, condominiums
• Institutional buildings such as hospitals, CHSLDs, etc.
• Houses, Duplex, apartment buildings

We want to assure you that our technicians and employees continue to follow very precise safety protocols and all of our installations and repairs will be done with careful attention to details

Here are the concrete measures we are taking this week to meet Canada’s public health recommendations:

• Our appointment application through our website is HIGHLY suggested for our 4 major regions. Click on the regions that concern you: MONTREAL, TORONTO, OTTAWA and KINGSTON.
• 18 time slots are now available 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Our installation and repair technicians must wear the safety clothing and accessories required by Health Canada
• We will limit human contact and maintain a safe  2 meter working distance with our customers.
